Tim is the CEO and Cofounder of Agentic Defense Solution, where he's working on redefining National Security Tradecraft with agentic AI solutions. A technical executive with nearly two decades of experience, Tim specializes in operationalizing deep technical capabilities for non-technical business users in mission-critical environments.
Prior to founding Agentic Defense Solutions, Tim was the CEO and Co-founder of Night Shift Development, Inc., which focused on helping organizations make sense of their data. Using his background in natural language processing, machine learning, and data analytics, he created and productized a solution aimed at allowing non-technical users to have conversational experience with their data. Night Shift Development was successfully acquired by Snowflake (NYSE: SNOW) in September of 2024.

Following the acquisition, Tim served as Vice President of US Public Sector at Snowflake, where he drove the strategic expansion of the Snowflake Data Cloud across the US Federal Government and state & local agencies.

Outside of ADS, Tim is a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan and an avid card player. Go birds!

Cristen Cherochak is the COO and Co-founder of Agentic Defense Solutions, a company focused on developing Agentic AI for national security applications. She has over a decade of experience across the technology, consulting, and government sectors.

Prior to her current role, Cristen was the Director of Strategy and Operations for the US Public Sector at Snowflake. She joined Snowflake through the September 2024 acquisition of Night Shift Development, where she served as both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. During her four-year tenure at Night Shift, she managed the operations and financial strategy of the bootstrapped organization. Her work focused on expanding the reach of data analytics tools across the national security and financial industries.

Cristen’s career began in the public sector with two years of advisory work supporting the Federal Government and Department of Defense, followed by 4.5 years of government service as a Technical Intelligence Officer at the CIA. She leverages this deep background in mission operations to navigate complex regulatory and technical challenges in the defense and technology markets.

When she isn’t navigating the intersection of AI and national security, Cristen is an avid sailor and world traveler. She enjoys exploring new destinations alongside her husband and their two dogs. Since 2019, she has been an active volunteer within the large dog rescue community, dedicating her time to advocating for and rehoming vulnerable animals.

Scott is the Chief Business Development Officer at Agentic Defense Solutions, where he is responsible for driving growth strategy and executing strategic partnerships across the National Security landscape. A former intelligence officer and industry executive, Scott specializes in bridging the gap between advanced technology and complex mission workflows to drive digital transformation.

Prior to his time at ADS, Scott served as the Partner Sales Director for National Security at Snowflake, leading the company’s engagement with the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD). He joined Snowflake in September 2024 through the acquisition of Night Shift Development (NSD), where he served as Director of Partnerships and Alliances and stood up the corporate partnership program for the augmented analytics platform, ClearQuery.

Earlier in his career, Scott was a Deployment Strategist and Team Lead at Palantir Technologies, managing mission-critical Palantir Gotham deployments for high-priority IC customers. His foundational expertise was built during 14 years at CENTRA Technology as an IC targeter focused on East Asian political and military issues. This deep operational background allows him to align technical infrastructure and analytics with the real-world requirements of the defense and intelligence sectors.

Outside of ADS, Scott is an avid traveler who has lived and worked in Japan and Vietnam. He has a lifelong passion for the mountains and enjoys skiing and snowboarding with his wife and two sons.

Alice serves as the Chief Mission Engagement Officer at Agentic Defense Solutions, where she bridges the gap between complex technology and mission-critical needs. Operating as a lead strategist and technology evangelist, she works across the organization to maximize mission impact, ensuring that ADS solutions are seamlessly operationalized for the end user.

Prior to ADS, Alice was a Senior Technology Evangelist for Snowflake Public Sector, where she specialized in translating sophisticated data concepts for diverse audiences across the government and commercial sectors. She joined Snowflake in September 2024 following the acquisition of Night Shift Development (NSD). At NSD, she served as a Senior Sales Engineer and Business Analyst, where she was instrumental in the growth of ClearQuery and worked on-site with Intelligence Community (IC) customers to integrate data tools into their daily operations.

Prior to that, she is a former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) staff operations officer with over 15 years experience worldwide in both a government and contractor role. In addition to her time at CIA, Alice worked in support of operations at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Drug Enforcement Administration's (DEA) Special Operations' intelligence team, and at the Pentagon for the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence (USDI).

Outside of ADS, Alice lives in Los Angeles, where she is a voice actor and writer. She spends her free time supporting multiple charity cosplay groups that participate in community events like volunteering at children’s hospitals. She can frequently be seen as Princess Leia.

Janie Roberson serves as the Head of Executive Affairs at Agentic Defense Solutions, Inc., where she oversees strategic operations and high-level administrative functions. With over five years of experience in the defense and technology sectors—including a tenure at Night Shift Development—Janie specializes in optimizing executive workflows and enhancing organizational efficiency. She acts as a critical bridge between leadership and operations, ensuring the company’s mission-critical objectives are executed with precision and discretion.

Outside of ADS, Janie enjoys reading and baking, pursuits that reflect both creativity and attention to detail. She also has a strong passion for travel and cultural exploration, having visited 46 countries to date and working toward a goal of reaching 50.
